NO MORE SNOW!!!! :*(

Monday when I got up, the weather was beautiful.. it had rained all day Sunday so all the snow was melted, the sun was shining Monday morning, birds were singing, it was like a beautiful spring day. It was 13c (55f) and very nice. Monday night, the temperture began to drop, and it started raining again... this time.. Ice! I woke up Tuesday to light ice rain, and the temperature dropped down to -6c (20f). By Tuesday night there was 2.5cm (1 inch) of ice on the groud. Real fine stuff it looked like snow, but it was incredibly slippery.
In fact, my mom came over to pick my son up for me, parked her truck and came in the house, when we were leaving I asked her why she parked in the street. She hadn't.. her truck had slid out of my driveway on the ice about 61cm (2ft).

Today, on top of the 2.5 cm of ice, I woke up to 33cm of snow! I'll post photos later on. I'm a bit sore and tired from all the shoveling and now have to go brave the roads to go to work..

At least there is one Maja snow angel out there this year I got a feeling that the one above doesnt like my snow art very much (in fact he must really hate it) because we didnt have any snow this year ... we had a few snowflakes but they all died before they hit the ground. Grrrr! But im still an optimist and maybe just maybe a few snow clouds will manage to climb over the alps to our side with snowflakes still in them and then they will drooooop it all on me

Hahahah with my 33cm of snow, there is plenty here for skiing, sledding, snow angel making, snowman making, fort building, and snowball fights galore! The problem is, it keeps getting colder then warmer, everyone is sick because we go from warm spring like weather of 12 to 15 c then it drops over night to -15c. So the snow melts away quickly, then we have flooding.. then it snows again! UGH!

Maja, the one above sent your snow my way! I'll box some up and mail it to you.. Check the bottom of the box when you open it the neighbor lost their little chiuaua dog and we think he's under all the snow, so I might accidently shovel him in your box. (just kidding no missing dogs or children... although you could loose your car under this stuff)

Guess what... spring started but we have snow now Fortunately not so much, but still... the weather went totally crazy

Well we had it during the holidays but now the sun got up and scared the clouds away and .... whuuuuush .... no more snow just puddles of water

you get all the best weather Jen seriously though take care on the roads, over here most drivers go into meltdown at the mear thought of snow and the whole country seems to grind to a halt or crawl along at about 1MPH (1.5KPH), it cant last much longer for this winter though can it???
