Hello,

Im writing this e-mail for my sister, she can;t write english.
My sister is also playing on your server. Her tag is *Julia* . She is suddenly bannend. Maybe she missed the notice that she was forced to send a screenshot, or maybe there is another reason? Can you please she why her ip is blocked?
