Does there appear a message about kicking/banning? Or don't you even get into the server (server timeout)? | |

| Typing in capitals (shouting) will not get your issue addressed any quicker.
In fact it will slow things down ok?
Now try again entering the server
also
have yiou been using any other names ?
plus place an underscore in place of the spaces between your names
like this

| Also let us know the date and time (GMT) that you try to get in along with you IP address so that we can check our logs.
