Problem joining game

Hi I wonder if any one can help was playing last night and saw what was I believe something from admin flash up on on the screen didnt read what it said as I was concentrating on the game in hand.
Playing on the next map Omaha and kept taking myself out of commission,( you killed yourself) even in a bunker, nowhere near the border lights or mine field. Today I cant even join in any battles just locks at the picture and the loading bar stops short. I did read something about screen shots but there is nothing in my game files. I'm running Windows 7.
I really do enjoy playing this game and been playing it for a number of months.

As you can see on the ban list topic, you are indeed banned because of not sending in the forced screenshot.

Many thanks for the quick reply
I did what you suggested and still cannot find the file/screenshot needed. Checked all the files and did a complete search of computer and nothing. Is there any other way to sort this or am I missing something

Check the path that Punisher is referring to. Notice that this is in a hidden folder, so you make them visible first.
