am i banned?

Hi fellas,
After long time i started playing the game and i am happy to be here again, but for some reason i couldn't log in the game. I tried many times but last night i managed and played. Tonight i tried again but nothing. Later somehow i managed to log in the game but i'm kicked for banned ip.
I don't even know why this happens or was i really banned for what.. I never remember i was screened or something like this never happened to me. Could you please help me with this problem? I guess i am on the banned list one of you but i dont know why.

Do you still have the problem? We don't find you on the ban list...

Yes m8, last night i logged in without any problem, but today i couldnt. The game I installed is an original copy and i didnt add anything different in Mainta folder, i mean the maps are even original. So i just don't know what to do. Or do you have any suggestion i should try?

The exact time now i have no entry to the game is 18 june 2013 18:02 GMT +2.
When i reboot modem for instance a dozen times, then by chance i can log in the game.
