I have been banned any reason as to why? The only poss reason it could be is i have a new modem/hub

Well I was playing online earlier today so I thought my banned IP had been reinstated.
I tried to log into the game this evening only to find that my IP has been banned yet again. Please can this be sorted out as I really enjoy this game. I have been playing this game for a number of months usually on line most nights playing regulary for a number of hours.
Please please can this be sorted.
