New driver

Hi,

A few days ago I installed the newest ATI drivers on the pc of my parents (coz there driver was very old), and today I discovered that Mohaa didn't work any more. There was a problem with loading openGL... I installed the old drivers back and it works again...

Does anyone know what the problem with the new drivers is?
(the ATI card is a 9800 one)

I had the same problem last year after I fitted a new hard drive. It took weeks to solve. In the end I installed a copy of my EA games folder from disc which I had backed up before the new hard disc was fitted. This solved the issue

saw the post QUITE late but , i had the same problem at a friends internet cafee with the same driver , a few pc's worked when we just did the configure_breakthrough.exe again , but others we just re-installed the old driver

I reinstalled the old drivers too, but still, it's strange...

i have the same prob on my PC at home in cyprus...maybe all of us have too throw the new PC's out of the window and buy a 20 years old PC too play mohaa.
